I am a multimedia and print journalist from Greater Philadelphia (go birds!). I co-host the science history podcast Inflection Point, which explores how unexpected moments in our past led to huge current-day phenomena (like microplastics and quantum computing). I also commission and edit news and features for Chemical & Engineering News. As a former biotech reporter, I covered the development of cutting-edge drugs such as cancer vaccines, molecular glues, and sperm-targeting contraceptives. I have also covered astrophysics, the science behind inclusive hair types, and how waste management affects communities (and, of course, knitting). You can find my writing in NOVA Next, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Chemical & Engineering News, Penn Today, MIT News, and more.
